We currently serve customers in Bhopal only. Customers from any place in Bhopal can order the product of their choice and get it delivered to their home at the shortest time, even less than 24 hours’ time. Unfortunately, we do not serve customers outside Bhopal.
We offer 2-hour fast delivery on all pincodes in Bhopal. 2-hour delivery will be attempted only when the order is placed before 07pm. Orders placed after 07pm will be processed for delivery on the next day. Order time may vary due to Govt. guidelines for Covid safety. You can call us for better updates about your delivery.
No, it’s not necessary to register. You can shop or order as a Guest. However, registering at GopalMobile.com makes the shopping experience easier for you as you can add items to your wishlists, track your orders and automatically fill checkout details after your first order.
Yes, we provide Free Shipping for all orders above Rs. 999/- in value. There is no minimum order value for delivery. However we charge Rs. 50/- for all orders below Rs. 999/-.
Yes, you will receive a call from our Customer Support Executive once the order is confirmed. You will also get your confirmation through Email/SMS, whichever you have provided during the checkout process.
We try to deliver the product at the shortest time frame (2-3 hours). But due to unforeseen situations, the delivery might get delayed. That's why we keep our delivery time frame within 1-2 days. We'll inform you about it via phone.
Yes. We offer both delivery and pick-up options on our online store. You can place an order online and select pickup during checkout. You'll be notified via SMS/Email when your order is ready for pick-up.
